Uwe Sachse, PhD, is an author, coach and management consultant. He assists German companies in the industrial- and service sector in the design of business models, market entry, growth planning and growth management. The starting point of collaboration is the identification of business opportunities both at home and abroad. Working together with these firms, he develops strategies, optimises innovation management, structures organisations, initiates and manages partnerships, and increases the fitness of corporate teams so that they may be independently successful in the selected market segments in the long run.  

 

Uwe Sachse is Professor for International Management at the University Albstad-Sigmaringen, visiting Professor in the eMBA at the Business School in Giessen, co-founder of the Institut for innovative Sales and Marketing in Leipzig and practice partner for the German Chamber of Commerce. He received his PhD from Edinburgh Napier University and wrote his dissertation on the internationalisation process and mode switch. He received his MBA from the University of Lincoln/Great Britain.
